Japanese Handcraft Life
How can ancient handcrafts satisfy living today in two different countries: Japan and the U.S.?
Christmas Eve
photo

I had been standing in the kitchen all day today.

I made layered crepes with rasberries, strawberries, whipped cream, and custard cream.   As I used brown sugar, the custard cream did not turn out yellow, but brownish.   However, the taste is good.

In the picture, there is an angel ornament which I brought from Hokkaido.

It was given by my chiropractor, Mr. Kondo as a return gift for the chemo caps I knitted.

This ornament became very dear to me, and I will put this up every Christmas thinking of him who passed away this November. ..
